Streak of Lightning 1900-1930

This quilt cries out to be hung on a wall and admired!  The maker was talented at putting the colors together for the high impact.  The fabric is a light wool, tied with an embroidery stitch, not quilted.  The backing is a bright red cotton. From the estate of Laura Fisher, a famous quilt dealer from NYC.  In very good condition with only a small moth hole on the back. 87" by 70"
